Brian is the President and Founder of Bollig Engineering. He brings more than 30 years of industry relationships and experience as a Registered Professional Engineer in both private and public sectors. Brian has utilized his diverse background to build a robust skillset in strategic planning, design, water resource management, mapping, project management, and construction administration. His personal and professional life has cultivated a passion for finding creative, innovative solutions to issues that impact life in rural Minnesota.

Scott Kuhlman, Vice President of Technical Operations, Bollig Engineering

Vice President of Technical Operations

Scott is a shareholder of Bollig Engineering and has over a decade of municipal engineering experience. He is well-versed in planning, design, regulatory review, and construction administration for municipal and private clients. With a high aptitude for creative and strategic thinking, Scott has excellent communication skills and has taken the lead on larger complex projects interfacing with clients, contractors, funding agencies, and regulatory agencies.

Kris is a shareholder of Bollig Engineering and devotes himself to connecting Bollig’s services with numerous cities across outstate Minnesota. His experience in city administration give Kris a distinctive ability to understand a city’s needs and find viable solutions to meet those needs. Kris’ leadership extends beyond municipalities as he has served in the Minnesota Army National Guard for over two decades and was deployed to Iraq and Croatia.
