Principal Engineer
Brian is the President and Founder of Bollig Engineering. He brings more than 30 years of industry relationships and experience as a Registered Professional Engineer in both private and public sectors. Brian has utilized his diverse background to build a robust skillset in strategic planning, design, water resource management, mapping, project management, and construction administration. His personal and professional life has cultivated a passion for finding creative, innovative solutions to issues that impact life in rural Minnesota.
Vice President of Technical Operations
Scott is a shareholder of Bollig Engineering and has over a decade of municipal engineering experience. He is well-versed in planning, design, regulatory review, and construction administration for municipal and private clients. With a high aptitude for creative and strategic thinking, Scott has excellent communication skills and has taken the lead on larger complex projects interfacing with clients, contractors, funding agencies, and regulatory agencies.
Vice President of Client Development
Kris is a shareholder of Bollig Engineering and devotes himself to connecting Bollig’s services with numerous cities across outstate Minnesota. His experience in city administration give Kris a distinctive ability to understand a city’s needs and find viable solutions to meet those needs. Kris’ leadership extends beyond municipalities as he has served in the Minnesota Army National Guard for over two decades and was deployed to Iraq and Croatia.
Client Services & Sr Funding Specialist
With over a decade of experience in the banking and finance industry, Kindra is an integral part of evaluating our clients’ overall financial health and developing ideas for project funding, including non-traditional strategies. As part of the leadership team at Bollig, Kindra also spearheads our recruiting efforts, continually finding exceptional people to join Bollig’s growing team.
Program Manager
Jen has a passion for clarity in communication and supports Bollig’s municipal projects during the planning phase. She has a keen eye for detail with the ability to organize complex data into concise and easy to understand reports. With extensive experience in program coordination, policy/procedure development, and technical writing, Jen supports and strengthens internal processes and project management as a leader at Bollig.
Aviation Division Lead & Architect
Angela brings more than twenty years of professional practice in architectural and electrical design to Bollig’s airport team and serves as Aviation Lead on our team. Angela’s commitment to client and community engagement and her successes with a variety of design challenges create a collaborative environment for our team and clients.
Marketing & Communications Director
Jackie oversees all aspects of Bollig’s marketing and communications including branding, website and digital marketing, conferences, and content creation. Leveraging over twenty-five years of marketing experience working with companies in a vast variety of industries, Jackie strives to build strong brand recognition and trust with Bollig’s clients and partners.
Funding Program Manager
Laura’s passion for identifying funding opportunities has been a key component of her community and economic development career for almost twenty years. Through her knowledge and relationships with federal, state and local funding organizations, Laura develops plans and strategies to secure suitable funding packages for Bollig clients.
Construction Services Manager
Brady has diverse leadership experience in municipal maintenance, business operation, construction, and project management. He coordinates various aspects of construction projects including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure project success. His strong interpersonal skills are vital when working with the construction team, clients, contractors, and engineers, as well as residents as a Resident Project Representative.
