Job Responsibilities
- Become an integral part of the Bollig design team to help progress both municipal and aviation projects from planning to completion.
- Provide project support by collaborating with senior municipal engineers in the planning, design, and execution of all aspects of municipal projects.
- Assist in conducting technical analyses, calculations, project scoping, and field investigation to support project design and decision-making.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, reports, and specifications.
- Perform construction observation and administration on municipal projects as needed.
- Assist Bollig staff with building and maintaining client relationships and provide support to internal and external project stakeholders where needed.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to contribute new ideas to the team
- Maintain/obtain required certifications and attend training as necessary.
Skills and Competencies Desired
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
- Strong academic performance with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and a passion for civil engineering
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic work environment
- Ability to lead and communicate effectively at different organization levels and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Self-motivated, coachable, and determined, with an aptitude to manage multiple projects simultaneously and the capacity to quickly adapt as necessary
- Ability to provide a positive project experience for clients and stakeholders
- Familiarity with engineering software and tools
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Salary Range: $60,000 to $75,000 depending on years of experience and credentials
