During construction, expect to see heavy truck and equipment traffic, closed streets, and limited street parking at times. Turf restoration of disturbed areas, such as lawn grading and seeding, will also take place. If you have landscaping in the public right of way, it needs to be moved prior to start of construction or you may be charged for removal. 

Your efforts in helping water newly seeded areas will promote growth of a thicker, healthy lawn faster. Watch for a future door hanger with helpful tips you can follow for growing a healthy lawn. Watermain replacement will require temporary watermains to provide water access throughout construction as watermains are taken offline for replacement. During key connections, residents may experience brief water service interruptions and temporary changes in water quality as pipe is disturbed by construction.
