Willmar, MN – June 27, 2023, Bollig Engineering is pleased to announce that Scott Kuhlman, P.E. has been promoted to Vice President of Technical Operations and is a new firm shareholder at Bollig Engineering. Brian Bollig, President at Bollig Engineering, stated “With his extensive experience and expertise, Scott will continue to provide technical support and leadership to our growing firm and his involvement as a shareholder will enhance our commitment to providing exceptional engineering services and solutions to rural Minnesota.”

Scott joined the Bollig team in 2013. Since then, he has developed a deep understanding of the industry, extensive technical knowledge, and invaluable leadership skills. Brian explained, “Scott has devoted significant effort in mentoring our team, strengthening our vision and strategic plans, developing internal processes, and ultimately influencing how we produce the quality work we do every day. He will play a crucial role in shaping our firm’s future and successful outcomes for our municipal and airport clients.”
