Un avance r\u00e1pido hasta 1966, y la pista principal no solo estaba pavimentada sino tambi\u00e9n equipada con iluminaci\u00f3n, extendi\u00e9ndose a unos impresionantes 2800 pies. La segunda pista, un encantador tramo de c\u00e9sped de 2400 pies, mantuvo su atractivo, pero su geometr\u00eda gener\u00f3 preocupaciones con el tiempo. Est\u00e1 programado anualmente para el tercer domingo de septiembre en el Aeropuerto Municipal H\u00e9ctor (1D6) generalmente de 7:30 am a 12:30 pm. Los asistentes disfrutan de un delicioso desayuno libre a cambio de una donaci\u00f3n voluntaria, y los pilotos al mando (PIC) desayunan gratis. El diverso espect\u00e1culo de la aviaci\u00f3n incluye aviones agr\u00edcolas, p\u00e1jaros de guerra, cl\u00e1sicos, antig\u00fcedades, aviones de construcci\u00f3n casera, helic\u00f3pteros y ultraligeros. La emoci\u00f3n aumenta con el famoso lanzamiento de pelotas de ping pong a las 11:30 a. m. para ni\u00f1os menores de 12 a\u00f1os.
